Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: September 13th, 2026

Bradford Book Publisher provides customized publishing and related services to authors, businesses, and other customers. Because many of our services are tailored to individual projects, refund and cancellation eligibility may depend on the service purchased, the stage of the project, work completed, and applicable federal and state laws.

1. Cancellations

If you request cancellation before work begins, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the terms of your order and any costs already incurred.

Once work has started, any refund will generally be determined based on the work completed, expenses incurred, and the applicable agreement.

2. Customized Services

Our services may include writing, ghostwriting, editing, proofreading, formatting, cover design, interior design, audiobook production, publishing assistance, marketing, and other customized services.

Because these services may involve work created specifically for you, refunds may be limited once work has started, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3. Third-Party Costs

Costs paid to third parties, including printing, distribution, advertising, licensing, publishing platforms, stock assets, or other external services, may be non-refundable when those costs have already been incurred and cannot reasonably be recovered.

4. Service Issues

If you believe a service does not meet the agreed requirements, please contact us promptly. Where appropriate, we may provide reasonable corrections or revisions within the agreed project scope.

5. Refund Requests

To request a refund or cancellation, please email us at info@bradfordbookpublisher.co.uk or contact Bradford Book Publisher and provide your full name, email address used for the order, order or project reference if available, service purchased, and reason for the request.

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method where reasonably possible.

6. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to waive, exclude, or limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be waived, excluded, or limited under applicable federal or state law.
